OPEN AND CLOSE
The cost for producing an Open and Close combo with royalty free music provided by us is $95.00.
This charge applies if you have pre-written the scripts. We will do the writing and email it to you for approval
for an additional $45.00. Once we produce an element, we will make changes of music, and or wording up to three changes. If
by chance we make a mistake in pronunciation, omission, or other, we will forgive that change, and it will not become part
of the three changes.
AUDIO CLEAN-UP PREP FOR QUALITY PODCAST.
To clean-up a 15 minute podcast takes usually 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, and that includes inserting
(not "producing") the Open and Close and any commercials, teases, etc. that are already produced. The audio clean-up charge
is $60 for the first half hour or portion thereof of editing time. Then $45 for each half hour editing time after that
or portion thereof. If your production is of very bad quality, we will ask you to send an agreement of waiver before
we continue, or you can redo the initial recording and resend it to us.
MUSIC
Our aim is to help you with "branding" your podcast. Please take into account the music, and
the wording of your elements. In order to make sure your music is just right, we can upload several samples for you to review
before you make a decision. This is similar to the idea of a Logo. Once you have it, people will always associate it with
your show.
N O T E ; if you have your own music that you or someone else wrote and produced for you,
please send along your copyright information so that we can put that in your file. The copyright laws are very sticky, and
neither you nor Voiceopolis needs that mess!
THE TEASE
Another element to think about, especially if you are recording your podcasts in advance of
their publishing, you may want to have us produce a tease promo. For an example of a tease go to:

then scroll down and listen to: "Click here for Preview". After you listen to the sample, it
should be self explanatory.
You can either choose the sound byte that you would like to use for your tease, or leave it
for the folks at Voiceopolis, as we are experienced in this type of work. The charge for a tease is $60.00. We use the same
music that you choose for the open and close of your show, and voice the intro and outro of the tease. The same "three changes"
rule applies to teases.
WEBSITE / PODCAST PROMO
Also if you have a website and want to have a promo of 30 seconds to 90 seconds explaining about
your website or podcast, we can do that for you. Prices will vary on whether you or Voiceopolis writes it, how long of production
it is, and how involved the music and / or sound effects are.
As a courtesy, we ask that any work done by Voiceopolis or one of it's companies be
given credit with a link exchange on the website that uses it or listed on the audio product.
